Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fleet Work platform. By accessing the service, you expressly agree to comply with these terms.
1. Background
Fleet Work operates a SaaS platform for R&D teams. This section clarifies the relationships between Fleet Work, Customers, and Users. By accessing the service, users expressly agree to comply with these terms.
2. Modification
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
3. Ability to Accept Terms
The platform requires users to have legal capacity to enter binding agreements and prohibits use by those without such capacity without parental or guardian consent.
4. Platform License
Users receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the platform on their own devices.
5. License Restrictions
Prohibited activities include copying, distributing, or modifying content; using automated systems; circumventing security features; reverse engineering; and competitive benchmarking.
6–7. Operating Instructions & General Instructions
Users must follow provided instructions. Users bear responsibility for uploaded information accuracy and must not share third-party data without authorization. The platform uses third-party AI tools via AWS Bedrock without customer data training, and third-party services operate under their own terms.
8. Account Management
User accounts are personal and cannot be shared. Account deletion requires an email request to contact@fleetwork.in.
9. Feedback
All feedback becomes Fleet Work's exclusive property with full intellectual property rights transferred.
10. Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, customer instruction, or violations. Fleet Work bears no liability for such actions.
11. Updates & Support
The company may provide updates automatically. Support is available via phone, chatbot, or email, with remote access consent implied.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
Fleet Work owns all platform content and marks. Customer Data ownership remains with customers, though Fleet Work may use aggregated, non-identifying statistical information.
13. Disclosure
Fleet Work reserves disclosure rights for legal compliance, enforcement, fraud prevention, and safety protection.
14. Privacy
Privacy practices are detailed in the separate privacy policy at fleetwork.in/privacy-policy.
15. Warranty Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and without warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Limitation of Liability
Liability is excluded for indirect damages. Aggregate liability caps at fees paid in the three months prior, or $100 for individual users.
17. Indemnity
Users agree to defend and indemnify Fleet Work against claims arising from their platform use or violations of these terms.
18. Term and Termination
Fleet Work may terminate immediately with or without cause. Specified sections survive termination.
19. Assignment
Users cannot transfer rights; Fleet Work may assign without restriction.
20. General
Governed by applicable local law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts where Fleet Work is registered. A one-year statute of limitations applies to legal claims.
